As a busy mother with a responsible job, it's easy to lose track of yourself in the noise. You rush from one place to another looking after your family, succeeding in your career and trying to please everyone.

I'm here to help you find the balance again. To tell you that it's OK to ask for help, that it's OK to say no, that it's OK to take time out of the day to look after yourself, and that it's extremely important that you do just that!

By working with me, you will learn to organise your time better, learn to prioritise and focus on the things that are really important to you, and learn that self-care is not selfish - on the contrary, self-care is vital!
