As someone who has been juggling the same things myself for years, having tried Weight Watchers, Slimming World, shakes and all kinds of other things, I get it!

As a nutrition mentor I can help you get out of the yo-yo pattern, and find a way of eating that is healthy, sustainable, and fits around your busy life. Do you like chocolate, pizza or takeaway at the weekend? No problem - with me, you'll learn that there are no "bad" foods, that it's OK to eat the occasional cake and that it's possible to enjoy all kinds of food without feeling guilty.
